SCHOOL DIARY
  1. Students must bring their school diary every day and maintain it neatly.
  2. Teachers and school authorities may use the diary to communicate important notices, reminders, and feedback to parents.
  3. The school gates will close at 7:00 a.m. on each working day. Late arrivals will be sent back.
PUNCTUALITY

Classes V-X:

  1. Students of classes V-X must reach school by 7:00 a.m.
  2. The school gates will close at 7:00 a.m. on each working day. Late arrivals will be sent back.

Classes I-IV:

  1. Students of Primary must reach school by 12:45 p.m. to enable school work to commence at 12:55 p.m.
  2. The school gates will close at 1:00 p.m. on each working day. Late arrivals will be sent back.
GENERAL DISCIPLINE

At Sarhad School CBSE, we believe that discipline is a cornerstone of academic success and personal growth. Our approach to general discipline extends beyond traditional boundaries, fostering an environment where students learn to manage their time, emotions, and responsibilities effectively.

What is General Discipline?

General discipline involves the ability to self-regulate and maintain focus on goals, contributing to a structured and productive learning experience. It encompasses:

  2. Personal Accountability: We encourage students to take ownership of their actions and decisions, fostering a culture of responsibility.
  3. Goal-Oriented Mindset: Setting clear, achievable goals, students learn to navigate challenges with purpose and determination.
  4. Attendance: Attendance is crucial for academic success. Students are expected to arrive on time and attend all scheduled classes unless excused for legitimate reasons.
  5. Dress Code: Should adhere to the school dress code, which promotes a respectful and focused learning environment.
  6. Classroom Conduct: A positive atmosphere by listening attentively, participating constructively, and following the teacher’s instructions.

Following Things Should be Avoided in School Premises:

  • Do not carry Mobile Phones or any Electronic gadgets.
  • Avoid use of Expensive things in school.
  • Students should not leave school premises without permission.
  • Students should avoid damaging school property or it may lead to serious consequences.
IMPORTANT NOTICES

Important Announcement: The school will be closed for winter vacations from 1st February to 14th February. Please plan accordingly.

Exam Dates: The final exams for the year will be held from 15th March to 25th March. Make sure to complete your assignments before the break.

PARENT-TEACHER MEETINGS

Schedule: Parent-teacher meetings will be held on the first Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. It is important for parents to attend these meetings to discuss the progress of their children.
