Health Guidelines

Our school is committed to the health and well-being of all students. Please follow the key points below to maintain a healthy learning environment.

Daily Diary: Students must bring their school diary every day for notices and teacher communication.

Teacher Communication: Teachers and school authorities will use the diary and school portal for important updates and feedback to parents.

Timings: School gates close at 7:00 a.m. on working days. Late arrivals may be sent back per policy.

Rest & Sleep: Ensure adequate sleep for focus during classes.

Hygiene: Regular handwashing, dental care and personal hygiene are essential.

Nutrition: Eat balanced meals including fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Physical Activity: Participate in sports and outdoor activities regularly.

Medical Reporting: Report health concerns to the school nurse or teacher immediately; keep immunizations up-to-date.

COVID-19 (if applicable): Wear masks during advisories, maintain distancing, sanitize hands and stay home if unwell.
