Dear Parents, Your active involvement in your child's education is one of the most important factors for their success. We appreciate your cooperation in following the guidelines below to ensure smooth functioning of the school and the best experience for your child.

School Rules

Read and understand the rules and regulations at the onset of each academic year.
Inform the school with your latest contact details and update the office as soon as there is any change.
Parents are not allowed to go to the classrooms during class hours. Please meet the Principal for any concerns.
Telephone calls on school numbers should be made between 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM only.
Our staff members are trained to answer parents politely. Kindly bring forward your problems in a polite manner.

Parent-Teacher Meetings

Try to attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings or Open Houses without fail.
Parents will not be permitted to meet any Management or School official as a group — all discussions must be done individually.
The school does not recommend tuitions and does not permit its teachers to accept private tuitions.

Attendance & Leave

When a student remains absent for less than 3 days, a leave note must be sent to the class teacher.
If leave is for more than 3 days, a separate letter addressing the Principal should be sent on the day of resuming.
A child suffering from a communicable disease should be sent to school only after getting a fitness certificate from the treating doctor.

General Etiquette

Parents are strictly prohibited from distributing sweets or gifts to students and staff on their ward's birthdays.
Buying a book to the school library is encouraged instead of distributing sweets.
There should be a name tag on blazers, sweaters, shoes and all personal belongings.
Parents must pay the school fees on time for smooth functioning of the school.

Tips for Effective Study at Home

Associate with students who are earnest in their studies.

No amount of private study can substitute for active attention in class.

Moderation in food, games and other pleasures is beneficial to studies.

Note down the work assigned for the next day.

Never omit a lesson or any assignment — revise daily.

Set aside a fixed time for study at home.

Asking questions is the key to learning — never hesitate.

While studying, imagine explaining the lesson to another student.

Take notes as you read for better retention.
