Student Code of Conduct
Always be polite to fellow students, teachers and all non-teaching staff including transport staff.
Use of abusive language and harsh tones is not permissible in any situation.
Be punctual to school and report back to class after breaks, activities or lab sessions.
Running, playing or shouting in corridors or classrooms is strictly prohibited.
Roaming in the campus without permission is not allowed.
Mobile phones, flash drives, iPods or any gadgets are strictly prohibited.
Do not carry much cash; avoid borrowing or lending cash with other students.
Do not wear expensive ornaments to school.
Take care of school property — any damage must be compensated at parent's expense.
Be environment-friendly — avoid wastage of electricity, water and damage to plants.
Be in school 5 minutes before the first bell.
Three continuous late arrivals will be reported to parents.
Raise your hand before speaking in class.
Listen to others and participate actively in class discussions.
Personal Care — Health & Hygiene
Keep a cotton cloth napkin or small towel for use before and after food.
Inform the school office if you are on any medical treatment.
No junk food is allowed in the school.
Inform your class teacher in advance about any allergies or medical conditions.
Parents: send food considering the time span and eating speed of your ward.
Do not send your ward to school in case of fever or any medical issues.
Students must bring only vegetarian food on all working days.
Keep your hands clean by washing thoroughly with soap/handwash and water.
Avoid plastic bottles and tiffin boxes — use eco-friendly alternatives.
Library Usage
Books issued during library period only.
Do not take any book without the librarian's permission.
Do not carry reading material outside the library.
Maintain silence in the library at all times.
Eating or drinking is not allowed in the library.
Laboratory Rules
Do not enter labs without the science teacher or lab assistant present.
Read and follow all safety measures displayed in laboratories.
Do not touch apparatus or chemicals unless instructed.
Do not switch on/off equipment without teacher's instruction.
Do not try any experiment without supervision.
Avoid wastage of water or chemicals.
Computer Lab Rules
Do not enter computer labs without a teacher or lab assistant.
Bring the computer notebook on all lab days.
Do not load or delete programmes on school computers.
Access only files and programmes as instructed by the teacher.
CDs, external hard disks or flash drives are strictly prohibited.
Physical Education
Be careful about your own safety and do not cause any injury to others intentionally or unintentionally.
Obey the Physical Education teachers at all times.
Maintain sportsmanship spirit during all activities.
Do not indulge in foul and unfair practices.
Participate wholeheartedly in all physical activities.
Inform school authorities about any health problems that may prevent participation in PE activities.
